MONEY RETURN

Refunds are only made if you receive a defective product. In any other case, a change is made with another product.

Return process
You can return any product to us, as long as it is in its original condition and the purchase receipt is included in the package.

Returns are made within 14 working days from the day you received the package.

The return of the package is done by a courier company of your choice at your own expense for Greece. The transport costs of the new shipment are 3.5€ and you charge them with the shipment of the new parcel.

In case the product you have ordered does not satisfy you, send us an email with your contact info and the change you wish to make. Then you send the product you don't want to us and as soon as we receive it we send you the new order.

Credit amount
In case you do not find something that satisfies you, we can credit you with the amount of money and use it in your new purchase. Credit is available for 30 calendar days.

RETURNS OUTSIDE GREECE (EU)

For all EU returns please follow the next steps:

Send back the items you wish to return. You need to enclose the receipt. You need to use a trackable, secure courier service of your choice and pay for the safe return of the parcel to our HQ offices in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Then send us a mail at info@myringdesign.gr with your name, tracking number and courier service you are using.

Your credit voucher is valid 60 days from the day you received the order.
